strong proven business entrepreneur background achieving success
in academic, corporate, and proprietary business environments.
Driven by character and integrity with the ability to motivate
others while creating an atmosphere of exceptional morale. Over
fifteen years experience in diverse adult education. A military
trained instructor, college instructor, private school director
and senior lead instructor. We have designed, developed
and taught courses online and in the classroom. We have
extensive experience in designing, developing and instructing
courses online and in the classroom in business, management,
leadership, marketing, technical trades, mechanical engineering,
real estate, appraisal, adult continuing education, occupational
skills, safety and a wide range of computerized applications. We
perform training needs analysis, develop courses and curriculum
for business, industry and academic institutions.

We believe education is
the process of teaching students to willingly participate in the
educational process rather than produce living libraries on
particular subjects. We believe that learning must involve the
whole person. It must encourage them to develop the knowledge,
values, and skills that enable independent thinking and the

About Bill Garlen
Mr. Garlen is President of
Garlen ETC, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Business Administration from Northwood University and a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University.
Award Winning
Mr. Garlen is an adjunct
faculty member teaching graduate courses in management and
leadership with the George Herbert Walker School of Business
and Technology at Webster University at Fort Stewart and
